Ember: the desktop assistant you look at and talk to
Ember is a voice assistant for Windows PCs. Look at the screen and speak: her camera check and voiceprint make sure it's you talking, so videos and other people in the room don't set her off. She answers out loud, works with your files, apps, calendar, reminders and notes, and asks before she changes anything.
The Ember app is free. You can use it with your own Anthropic API key, or with a free AI model that runs on your PC. The Ember plan is the easy way: the AI is included, with no account or API key to set up.
The Ember plan
Price: $11.99 per month (US dollars; sales tax or VAT added where it applies)
AI included: about 1,200 replies a month ($6.00 of AI usage)
Need more? Top-ups: $4.99 adds $3.00 of AI credit. Credit is used after the monthly allowance and doesn't expire while your plan is active
Cancel: any time, from the link in your receipt email. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for
Refunds: full refund within 14 days of your first payment (see the Refund Policy)
What you need
Windows 10 or 11, a microphone, and a webcam for hands-free use. About 4 GB of disk space.
How it works
After paying, you get a licence key. Paste it into Ember (gear button, then Claude, then Ember plan) and you're done.
Payments, tax and invoices are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
