Ember Refund Policy

Effective 1 November 2026.

Your first payment: 14 days, any reason

If the Ember plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back. No questions asked. Your plan ends when the refund is made.

Renewals

Monthly renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Top-ups

AI credit from a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of it has been used. Credit that has been used isn't refundable.

Something broken?

If Ember doesn't work on your PC, or a problem on our side stops the Ember plan working, email support@spawnsgaming.com. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund the affected period.

Your legal rights come first

If the law where you live gives you a longer or stronger right to cancel or get a refund (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK), that right applies.

How to ask

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles refunds. Use the link in your receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email support@spawnsgaming.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
